All guests are required to show Passport / NID with a valid travel document upon check-in. 

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodations if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is a threat to the security of the Property.

In the case of Bangladeshi Couples, valid proof of marriage is required to show at the time of check-in.

Hotel Policy

Cancellation policy: There is no room cancellation option in this Resort. If the guest will not be able to arrive during the check-in day, he/she needs to contact the authority before three days of arrival. And the authority will give him/her another opportunity to stay in the hotel within the next two months ( for holidays or special occasion the guest may need to pay extra money). 

Payment : All payments are to be made online. The money is non-refundable as per the Cancelation policy.

Children Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
